My approach as psychologist and coach is to consult from a holistic and positive psychology perspective. Organisational Psychology serves to develop the cultures and climates embedded within organisations, small businesses and teams which impacts the bottom line. At an individual level, much focus is placed on mastery, personal growth and development. It would be my pleasure to help you enable a space for progress.
Whilst I use sound scientific methods and tests that are valid and reliable, I incorporate innovative and bespoke techniques to serve my clients vision, strategies and goals.

Flow is defined as when a person or team is fully immersed, energised and experience enjoyment in the process of activity. At the point of flow – the challenge experienced and skills available – matches and allows for concentrated action.
